Our switch-off-and-truly-relax hotel. A wonderful host, a great restaurant and a hotel that combines traditional construction with modern amenities in a perfect way. Here the guest really is still king. At least once a year we book a short break here.

Very comfortable rooms in a beautiful setting and very friendly hosts. We arrived late and the kitchen had already closed. Even so, they prepared something delicious and vegan for us.

An elaborate new hotel building in natural materials, erected on the lower floor of an old granary, very sure in its style, with spacious rooms and a balcony running all the way round. The same goes for the breakfast room with its integrated kitchen and the very best care. You could not sleep better or more quietly at such reasonable prices. Absolutely recommended! The hotelier couple go to the greatest lengths to do right by their guests, especially in the adjoining restaurant, which shines with unusual culinary ideas.

The rooms are a dream and cosily furnished, the view from the balcony into the valley is fantastic. The food is always fresh, the "Versucherle" are sensational, well thought through and beautifully composed, and a lavish and generous breakfast rounds off the visit. We will very, very gladly come back!!

Superb facilities, very friendly staff, state-of-the-art technology, tasteful furnishings, the smallest details have been thought of, excellent food in the restaurant…… We were thrilled all round.

The guest house is a gem. Very quiet and well-kept rooms. Breakfast simply superb. Arrive, switch off, feel good – not empty words but the actual programme. Thoroughly likeable hosts and a motivated TEAM. Happy to return again and again.

This was my second stay at the Holz Hotel. Everything very clean and tidy. As you would expect from the location: it is wonderfully quiet. The breakfast is very tasty and the egg dishes are freshly prepared. Staff always very friendly. Happy to come back.

This is a lovely and quiet small hotel connected to the Zum Kreutz restaurant. It lies just outside the small town of Prinzbach and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. The rooms are attractively designed in a modern style with plenty of wood and traditional details, with lots of space and a large balcony.
